For years, I have served as a useful source of motivation, help or advice. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I started Your Wellness Lawyer with a mission to give others a taste of my thoughts and experiences, and I have been at it ever since. What started as weekly posts has evolved into a rich site filled with information about various topics that are near and dear to my heart.
I struggled for a long time with feeling at peace within my self. It took a lot of intentional work, years of working and learning from coaches, going through my own health and wellness certifications, retreats, and much more to get to a space where I can find inner peace. My hope is that I can be a resource to you so you can learn what I have learned throughout this journey called life.
